Can this Popcorn computer run on DJI Mavic Air 2 system?
What do you mean by “run on”? What are you trying to accomplish? The drone you named is a fully equipped drone with all the electronics included, you don’t need any external hardware to “run on it” as you put it.
Popcorn computer on drone’s controller like iPhone - go look at some drone onlines…
In that case, you can do anything, but I don’t really see the point when the drone already comes with a much better controller with analog sticks.

As Pocket P.C. runs Linux this may not be straightforward to do.
However, you may be able to run it using Anbox.
This is currently untested.
